Manhattan Toy Whoozit review
Manhattan Toy Whoozit was another one of those toys that I saw on pretty much every one of my friend’s baby registries. With the promise activating her senses of sight and sound how could I pass up adding it to ours? While some of her newborn toys have been long left on the bottom of Elise’s toybox, the Whoozit is one that she has played with from day one until now (she’s almost 9 months old). The Whoozit has a colorful front and black and white back for newborns.
My favorite part is the squeaky nose that lifts to reveal a mirror. It can also strap onto strollers and activity gyms.
Personally, I find the little guy a bit creepy. I have visions of that scene in Poltergeist with the clown under the little boy’s bed. But Elise loves Whoozit so he’s fine by me.
Once again, a large company has missed the opportunity to talk about its environmental commitment. Manhattan Toy should do a better job communicating about its impact.
